John Wood is Chairman and Co-founder of the Institute for Applied Science; Chairman of Trilateral Group Limited, London, an international group of companies specializing in Strategic Communications, Economic Development, Energy & Environment, and Technology Commercialization; and Director of Ludgate Investments Ltd, an investment bank providing corporate finance & venture capital for growing companies. Ludgate operates two investment funds: a general investment fund called Ludgate 181 and The Ludgate Environmental Fund which invests in new energy and environmental technologies.
