  • The relationship between narcotics trafficking, illicit funds development and transactions, and WMD acquisition efforts by rogue states and terrorist groups.
  • Improving co-operation in information sharing, the development of a common set of Warnings and Indicators, communications and training between governments, inter-governmental agencies and the private sector regarding illicit trafficking in the region.
