While at the the NATO-sponsored workshop on Energy Security conducted at Windsor Castle, Georgian Foreign Minister Tedo JAPARIDZE continuously monitored preparations being made back in Georgia for receiving international visitors for the inaugration of President-elect Mikheil SAAKASHVILLI on the day the workshop ended.
